CHOCOAGAVE products are carefully prepared chocolates based on cacao and agave syrup to which we add cinnamon and other ingredients to offer a unique and exquisite experience.

Aztecs, our pre-Hispanic ancestors, were the first to obtain "Maguey Honey" also called "Agave Syrup"..

It is created from the liquid sap that is obtained from inside the agave penca.

Cacao has been cultivated in Mexico for more than 2,500 years. The Aztecs called it "Cacahuat" and learned from the Maya its cultivation and use.

Cacao seeds have more than 1,200 identifiable chemical compounds, which makes it one of the most complex food substances.
