Agave syrup or nectar is created from the liquid sap that is obtained from inside the agave penca. This first extraction is called mead and is consumed as a refreshing and natural fortifying drink.

CORTÉS SEA FLOWER

Salt flower, unmistakable for its soft texture and exquisite flavor. This salt is obtained from the salt mines of the Bay of Ohuira, located in the Sea of ​​Cortez through a handmade and hygienic process. Its short formation process generates a low concentration of sodium, in addition to retaining a greater amount of micronutrients beneficial to health. It is ideal to season the dishes before serving them and thus enhance their flavor.
